2.1 Deposit: In order to secure the event on the Service Provider's schedule, the Client shall pay a non-refundable deposit of $100 at time of booking. The Service Provider will not confirm the event until the deposit is received.
2.2 Minimum Immediate Payment: Upon confirmation of the event, the Client shall make an immediate payment of $100 to the Service Provider.
2.3 Remaining Payment: The remaining payment, calculated based on the agreed-upon hourly rate of $100, shall be made within 30 days from the date of the event.
2.4 Legal Action: Failure to make the required payments within the specified timeframes may result in legal action to recover the outstanding amount, and the Client shall be responsible for all costs associated with the collection process.
3.1 Hourly Rate: The Service Provider's hourly rate for the event services is $100 per hour.
3.2 Travel Provisions: In addition to the hourly rate, the Client shall reimburse the Service Provider for any necessary travel provisions, including but not limited to transportation, accommodation, and meals, as agreed upon in writing before the event.
4.1 Maximum Work Day: The Service Provider shall work a maximum of 12 hours per day for the event. Any additional work hours beyond the specified limit shall be subject to negotiation and payment of an agreed-upon overtime rate.
5.1 Legal Counsel: In the event of any dispute arising from this Contract, both parties agree to settle the matter through mediation. The party found in breach of this Contract shall be liable for the costs of legal counsel for both parties.
5.2 Termination: Failure to comply with the terms of this Contract may result in immediate termination of any future work engagements between the parties.`
