We recommend that you bring any references or inspiration photos for your desired hairstyle or makeup look. However keep in mind I do not copy anyones work, I can take elements from the inspiration and tailor them to fit your face. Outside of that, I will provide all products necessary for your appointment; if you have any products needed for specific health conditions by all means bring along with you.
Booking a consultation in our services tab would be the best option for you! With a consultation you would have 30 minutes to brainstorm and create a mood board (with my assistance) to decide on the overall goal of the look you want to achieve.
“No make up“ makeup is a very minimal coverage glam. The goal is to look like your natural face but subtly enhanced and perfected. This look has specific steps. If you a want look with more effort but nudes, browns, blacks, and creams, the service you are looking for is Soft glam.
Matte and Dewy are the two types of finishes for primer, foundation, concealer, eyeshadow, lipstick, and setting spray. The Matte finish is a no shine formula typically catered to oily or combination skin. The Dewy finish is a subtle shine formula typically catered to normal or dry skin. Exceptions can be made based on client request.
Unfortunately my prices are non-negotiable, the products I use are professional grade, luxurious, and expensive. I have invested thousands of dollars not only in my kit but my craft. The Paul Mitchell education was very expensive, to perfect my craft and technique and provide the most safe, sanitary, and precise services.
When doing the initial skin analysis before your makeup service, I will determine your shade and undertone. I typically shade match the chest to ensure the face and body are the same shade; if it’s too light, too dark, or the incorrect undertone it could look like a mask. Lighter concealer under the eye is still an option per client preference.
As a creator, my style can be very versatile and out-of-the box.; these attributes are not one size fits all. When it comes to my style and self expression I truly believe it would be impossible to “make you look like” myself or anyone else for that matter. We are all individuals, even with the same exact formula, tools, and products your face will NEVER not be your face. I could copy every aspect of a specific inspiration picture and you will still look like yourself by the end of the day. Make up enhances your own natural beauty based on what’s already there; makeup is not plastic surgery. There are artists who specialize in FX makeup (coming soon) if you want to look like an exact replica of someone else. However it’s best to have realistic expectations when booking appointments.
Yes and No, Yes I can give you a purple or pink cut crease but I can’t make you look like another person. I am a cosmetologist, I can’t do plastic surgery nor am I a copy machine. We need to keep realistic standards in mind when we use our inspiration pictures. I do not copy any other artists work, we each work hard to create signature, custom work for our clients based on what they want and also what would look best on the client. Your skin color and undertone will help decide what colors will look best on your skin and hair. As a professional I want your full trust in my expertise in these areas I have studies and tested time and time again on. In some cases certain elements may not be flattering to a clients features, it’s my job to steer the client in the roght direction while still providing the service the client requested. In the hair aspect your strands may not be able to handle chemical services or extreme heat. If you’re suffering from breakage ponytails and updos may be suggested to be avoided. All of these things are to protect the client and maintain the integrity of the skin and hair.
As a Hair/ Makeup Artist, providing top of the line services requires top of the line products. Everything you would typically see in a salon I have to have in stock, and if I don’t have it I would need to acquire it prior to your service. It is also a protective measure to ensure that my business is servicing serious clientele.
As a Hair/ Makeup Artist, I provide a service based business where I am paid for my time. Just like any other job even if the customer/ client is not satisfied you would still expect to be paid for your work and effort you provided that client . The beauty industry can be cut throat and as a small business, I have to protect myself and my business. If you schedule an appointment and don’t show up, the appointment slot you took could've have been given to a different client. The service will be charged at 50% for no-call no show. After 30 minutes of initial appointment time client will be considered no call no show; if client doesn’t attempt to make contact to advised of tardiness or to reschedule.

As a Hair/ Makeup Artist, is my responsibility to provide safe and sanitary services, while maintaining the integrity of the skin and hair.
