Terms and conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before setting up an appointment for our mobile beauty services. By scheduling an appointment with CrtnyB Artistry Mobile Glam Studio, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

•  Refunds Policy:

1.1 No Refunds: All payments made for our mobile beauty services are non-refundable. Once a service has been rendered, no refunds will be issued, regardless of the reason, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with the service provided.

•  No Call No-Show Policy:

2.1 50% Charge: In the event of a no call no-show (failure to show up for the appointment without prior notice), the client will be charged 50% of the appointment price.

•  Late Arrival Policy:

3.1 30-Minute Late Arrival: If a client arrives more than 30 minutes late for their scheduled appointment, the appointment will be automatically canceled, and the client may be subject to the 50% charge as outlined in section 2.1.

•  Zero Tolerance for Threatening or Violent Behavior:

4.1 100% Charge: We have a zero-tolerance policy for threatening or violent behavior towards our staff or other clients. Any client engaging in such behavior will be charged 100% of the appointment price, and their appointment may be terminated immediately.

•  Right to Refuse or Stop Service:

5.1 We reserve the right to refuse or stop providing our mobile beauty services at any time if a client exhibits disruptive behavior, is under the influence of drugs or alcohol, or if we believe that continuing the service would be unsafe or inappropriate.

•  Zero Tolerance on Discrimination:

6.1 We are committed to providing an inclusive and welcoming environment for all clients. We have a zero-tolerance policy for discrimination based on race, color, ethnicity, nationality, gender identity, sexual orientation, religion, disability, age, or immigration status. Any discriminatory behavior towards our staff or other clients will not be tolerated, and the client may be asked to leave, with no refund issued.

•  Liability:

7.1 By engaging with our mobile beauty services, clients acknowledge that CrtnyB Artistry Mobile Glam Studio and its staff will not be held liable for any damages, injuries, allergic reactions, or adverse effects resulting from the use of our services or products.

•  Cancellations and Rescheduling:

8.1 Cancellation Policy: Clients must provide at least 24 hour notice for appointment cancellations. Failure to do so may result in the 50% charge as outlined in section 2.1.

8.2 Rescheduling: Clients can reschedule their appointments subject to availability and with 24 hours notice.

•  Confidentiality:

9.1 We respect the privacy and confidentiality of our clients. Any information shared with us during the provision of our mobile beauty services will be treated with utmost confidentiality and will not be disclosed to third parties without consent, except as required by law.

•  Governing Law:

10.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [your location/country].

By setting up an appointment with CrtnyB Artistry Mobile Glam Studio, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from scheduling an appointment for our mobile beauty services.
